Dup Refund Policy

Effective: September 11, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to one-time purchases of Dup made through Creem. It explains when a purchase may be eligible for a refund, how to ask for help, and what happens to your Dup access after a refund.

Nothing in this Policy limits any warranty, remedy, withdrawal right, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

1. Digital Product and General Policy

Dup is digital software. There is no physical product to return. After Creem confirms a valid purchase, the related license and account access are delivered electronically.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise or a purchase qualifies under this Policy, completed purchases are final. We do not offer an unconditional refund for changing your mind, deciding not to use Dup, failing to meet published system or third-party service requirements, or expecting a feature that was not included in the product description available before purchase.

2. When a Purchase May Be Eligible

We will review a refund request when:

  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • the purchase was completed but we cannot deliver or restore the license or access within a reasonable time;
  • Dup materially fails to match the description presented before purchase and we cannot resolve the issue through support;
  • Creem, a payment provider, or applicable law requires a refund; or
  • another non-waivable consumer remedy applies to your purchase.

Eligibility depends on the facts of the request, the product-specific terms presented at purchase, Creem’s procedures, and applicable law. A support request or temporary technical issue does not by itself guarantee a refund when the issue can be resolved.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the email address used for your Stratoxphere account or purchase. Include:

  • your Creem order or invoice reference;
  • the purchase date;
  • a concise description of the issue and the outcome you are requesting; and
  • any troubleshooting steps already attempted, if the request concerns delivery or product operation.

Do not send payment-card details, passwords, API keys, or dictation content. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the purchase or understand the issue.

We will acknowledge or substantively respond to your request within three business days. This response period is not a promise that every request will be approved or fully resolved within that time.

4. Processing

Creem is the merchant of record and contractual reseller for the transaction. Creem processes payment, issues the invoice, handles applicable indirect taxes, and exclusively processes refunds and chargebacks. See the current Creem Buyer Terms.

If Stratoxphere approves a refund, we submit it through Creem. Creem and the applicable payment provider control the processing procedure and the time required for the refunded amount to appear. Creem may also issue a refund without our prior approval where permitted by its terms or required by law.

Approved refunds are generally issued for the full purchase. We do not ordinarily offer partial refunds unless applicable law requires one or we expressly confirm one in writing.

5. Effect on Your Dup Access

When a Dup purchase is refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed, the associated license and account access end. Connected device access and active sessions may be revoked, and you must stop using the refunded license.

Removing Dup from a device, closing your Stratoxphere account, or ceasing to use the software does not itself request or create a refund.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to Dup, our commerce providers, law, or our support practices. The effective date identifies the current version. A change does not reduce any non-waivable right that already applies to a completed purchase.
